Where are you located and what are your retail store hours?
We are located at 6225 Vogel Rd, Evansville IN, 47715. We are open 9 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am until 4 pm on Saturday. We are closed Sundays. We’re also closed Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
How can I order your product?

When will my order be processed?
Your order is usually processed within 24 hours upon the order is received. During the holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Please see ‘Shipping’ for more information.

Our most popular and seasonal items are listed on the web site. However, if there is something that you are specifically looking for, and you don’t see it, please contact us at (812) 473-0048 and you may place your order with one of our trained associates. What types of payments do you accept?
We honor Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards online and in store. When ordering online, we process your credit cards ourselves, please be assured your information is not sold or given away. If purchasing in store, we accept those credit cards, checks or cash.
Is it true that chocolate contains caffeine?
A one – ounce piece of milk chocolate contains about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of decaffeinated coffee.
Is ordering through your website secure?
Yes. For your ease of mind, your private information is never sold or given away.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes. There is a gift message option when you place your order online. Your name will be attached to the gift if you don’t include a message. Gift wrap is free.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are always available. As well as having the option of ordering by phone, gift cards are also available for purchase online in increments of $25, $50, $75, $100. However, to redeem your gift card, you must call and place your order over the phone or in store.
Should I refrigerate my chocolate?
We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing our candy because our chocolates and nuts do not contain preservatives. Therefore, it may affect the appearance and texture of the chocolate when it is put in the refrigerator or freezer. However, it is still safe to enjoy.
Do you offer items for people with food allergies?
We use peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, soy, and wheat in our manufacturing facility. Also, most of our chocolates are gluten free. Please call us for more details (812) 473-0048 or email us at email@example.com.
Do you carry Sugar Free chocolates?
Yes. Our sugar free products are sweetened with Sorbitol and Maltitol. It is not a reduced-calorie food. It may cause digestive discomfort if consumed in excess. If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor before trying.
Can I return items?
Unfortunately we cannot take any items back that have left our store. The health department does not allow the resale of unopened or unused products.
