Does Stephen Libs also have a retail store?
Yes, we have a store located in Evansville, Indiana. You may order on line, or call one of our sales associates at(812) 473-0048 to place an order, or you may fax your order to (812) 473-2086, or you may mail in your order request with your payment to 6225 Vogel Road. Evansville, IN 47715.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes we honor Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. When checking out you will be redirected to the PayPal Secure Site, and have the option to enter your credit card information, or your Paypal account if you are already a PayPal customer. No PayPal Account is required to order with us, however it may save you time on future orders.
Is this a secured website?
For your ease of mind, your sensitive financial information not processed on our website, but instead is processed on PayPal‘s Secure Website.
If you prefer, you may make your selections online and when checking out, choose Offline Payment as your payment option. In doing so, one of our trained associates will contact you via telephone to confirm your order and process your payment.

Do you have gift cards? Can I purchase one on line?
Yes, we have gift cards! They are available for purchase online in increments of $25, $50, $75, $100.
However , In order to redeem your gift card, you must call and place your order over the phone or in-store.
Is it true that chocolate contains caffeine?
A one – ounce piece of milk chocolate contains about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of decaffeinated coffee.
Do you carry any gluten free products?
Most of our product DO NOT have gluten, however there are some of our candies may contain gluten. We suggest if you are allergic to gluten, please call us at (812) 473-0048 or email us at info@stephenlibschocolates.com for information.
Do you offer any items for someone with food allergies?
Yes, we do! However, we do use peanuts and tree nut, egg, dairy, soy and wheat in our manufacturing facility. Our Allergy statement is as follows: “This product is manufactured in a facility which processes the following: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Milk, Egg, Soy, And Wheat.”
Does Stephen Libs Chocolates ship to P.O. Boxes, OR APO/FPO address?
Our Company uses UPS for shipping our orders. Unfortunately P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses are shipped only through the United States Postal Service.
Can I ship to more than one person on one order?
Unfortunately, at this time we are set up to take each order individually. Simply place multiple orders. We hope to change this very soon. Thank you for your patience with us.
How do you determine your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling cost is based on the all over weight of the products ordered. Once you put items in your cart, you can put in your ship to zip code and calculate shipping.
Can I ship Stephen Libs Chocolates during the summer?
Yes, we can ship your favorite items to you all year long. However, in order to protect your chocolates, we do insist that you allow us to use our insulated container with frozen reusable gel packs. We also require that certain areas of the US can only be shipped next day or second day air to insure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. There is an additional charge for “summer shipping”. Please contact us for more information.
Can I set up an account for future orders?
Yes, our website is set up to accommodate you and keep your information on file as well as your recent purchases with us, This will make it easier for you to replace your orders.
